Support Group Description: The support group is a gathering of Buteyko Workshop graduates that meet to share experiences. Breathing exercises will be practiced and questions answered. Resources are available such as books and videos to reinforce concepts learned during the course.     Informational Meeting Description: Carol discusses the causes and symptoms of respiratory illnesses.  She describes proper breathing techniques with the Buteyko Breathing Method, it's history and effectiveness.  A question and answer session follows.     Buteyko Workshop Description: Learn to relieve your respiratory illness with proper breathing.  Eliminate/Reduce drug side effects and prescription costs.  Regain lifestyle freedom.  Respiration the right way brings natural relief from symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, runny nose, chest tightness, wheezing and congestion.  Learn how and why.
